Locations you submit will be reduced so no individual address can be determined. The data may be processed for the purposes of site operation, providing you with service prices, enabling jobs, ensuring our site and services are, maintaining back-ups of our databases and communicating with you. It is in our legitimate interests to process data on a legal basis for the performance of the contract between you as the customer and us, Andy and a  Van and the necessary steps, at your request, to enter into such a contract.

The service data may include items details and the collection and delivery locations, as well as the dates and times you were interested in using our services. the names, and contact details for contacts at the collection and delivery locations, any extra notes about your job you may provide such as but not limited to item value details. You are the source of the data. If you do not purchase a service from us following your quote, we will anonymise the data you have submitted and process the details to help us refine our future services.
